Wow. What can I say? This is powerful stuff:

When I am Weak: Why we must embrace our brokenness and never be good Christians -- Few Christians I know dare to be so honest and real about their faith.

I'm not like you: an apologia to my readers (Calvinists especially)

Both articles moved me to tears. Powerful.

Thanks for the linking to his site; I'd never seen this guy before... He had some good stuff.

I preach and teach within the theology that I believe, but I do not make Calvinism an issue. I believe it would be unloving and foolish to do so..."

All the rules and standards and convictions and non-optional principles in the world won't help you when the rubber hits the road. They have nothing to offer when it comes to grief, death, tragedy, or suffering. Jesus never fails. When I can no longer hold on to Jesus, He holds on to me.
